Oakridge Parents:

Fall conferences with your elementary students are quickly approaching. It is important for parents to come to Parent Teacher Conferences to meet their child’s teacher, and hear how you can become involved with your child’s education process. Having a strong learning environment at home is just as important as their daily school learning experience. Our staff uses conferences as a way to help you understand how to support your student’s learning process in a one-on-one meeting. This allows your student to have a successful school year.

This year both elementary buildings (lower elementary and upper elementary) would like parents to schedule their Parent Teacher Conference time in advance. We have set up an easy process to do so online. If you do not have at-home internet, please call your building office for assistance. Otherwise, please schedule your Parent-Teacher Conference time using the instructions below. If you fail to schedule your time slot ahead of time, we cannot guarantee availability with your teacher through a walk-in appointment. If you are unsure of your schedule in advance, estimate your time slot as best as you can and follow up with your student’s building office if you need to make changes.  The online registration link will be open until Friday, November 2 at 3 p.m.  

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held for both elementary buildings on:
Thursday, November 8 from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Friday, November 9 from 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm (This is a half day of school for students.)
Tuesday, November 13 from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Please note that the middle school and high school buildings have a different schedule and set up for their Parent Teacher Conferences. Please do not follow the above times or scheduling process if you also have a student in grades 7-12.

To schedule your Parent-Teacher Conference meeting reservation for your elementary student(s), please follow this link. If you have to schedule conferences for more than one student, you will simply select all of the teacher’s names and follow the prompts accordingly.

You will need to know the name(s) of your student’s teacher(s) to complete your form. You will also provide your student’s name(s), your name and your email address before you hit submit. Once you hit submit, you will receive an email asking you to follow a link to view available times.
