Help Tickets (via email)

We have changed the Ticket System setup to improve communication and ease of use. Staff can simply submit an email to Enviroclean@oakridgeschools.org OR maintenancehelp@oakridgeschools.org pending type of need.

Every ticket submitted will be closed or responded to with a status update (anticipated completion date) within 3 school days. Please understand that there are times that tickets may require parts to be ordered and such will be communicated via the ticket system.

To submit a technology ticket, send an email to:  help@oakridgeschools.org.  

If you need to talk with someone regarding your ticket, please contact the OAITC Help Desk at 616-796-1600.

SafeSchools

Make it safe for staff.  Make it safe for kids.  SafeSchools is an online safety training and tracking system specifically designed for school districts. The SafeSchools Compliance Management System automatically tracks, documents, and reports on each employee as they progress through their assignments.  Administrators also have access to a wealth of other tools and resources to simplify safety training throughout the entire district.
