Our School

Congratulations, Class of 2018

Once again, we would like to congratulate the Class of 2018, and thank the family and friends that came to celebrate at Graduation. At Oakridge we strive to prepare every student for life after high school. That includes students that plan to go on to college, enter the workforce and/or enlist in a branch of service.

Here are the future plans for our recent grads:

  • 20 are entering a 2-year college, and 34 will enter a 2-year college with plans to transfer to earn a 4-year degree.
  • 23 graduates plan to attend a 4-year college.
  • 13 graduates will immediately enter the workforce, while 3 are entering a technical/trade school, and 1 student is entering an apprenticeship program.
  • 1 student has enlisted in the Military.
  • 7 graduates are Early College students that will complete a 13th year to earn an Associate’s Degree by next year. These students plan to transfer to a 4-year degree after completing the program.
  • Our 5 exchange students plan to return home, or continue on to college.

We wish our graduates the best of luck as they continue on their journey in life, and hope they know they will always have a home at Oakridge. To our teachers and staff that have contributed to each one of these students’ pathways to success, we congratulate you on a job well done.
