Even if you are a volunteer in the building, please check in at the office. 2019 Spring Parent Teacher Conferences & Registration Online Registration is now Closed. Please contact the building office for available dates and times for Spring Parent Teacher Conferences. Spring conferences with your elementary students are quickly approaching. It is important for parents to come to Parent Teacher Conferences to hear how your child is progressing through the school year. Having a strong learning environment at home is just as important as their daily school learning experience. Our staff uses conferences as a way to help you understand how to support your student’s learning process in a one-on-one meeting. This allows your student to have a successful rest of the school year. This spring we will once again be using our easy online Parent Teacher Conference scheduling system. If you do not have at-home internet, please call your building office for assistance. Otherwise, please schedule your Parent-Teacher Conference time using the instructions below. The online registration link will be open until Monday, March 11 at 8 p.m. Parent Teacher Conferences will be held for both elementary buildings on: Tuesday, March 19 from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm Thursday, March 21 from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm Friday, March 22 from 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm (This is a half day of school for elementary students only.) Please note that the middle school and high school buildings have a different schedule and set up for their Parent Teacher Conferences. Please do not follow the above times or scheduling process if you also have a student in grades 7-12. If you have to schedule conferences for more than one student, you will simply select all of the teacher’s names and follow the prompts accordingly. You will need to know the name(s) of your student’s teacher(s) to complete your form. You will also provide your student’s name(s), your name and your email address before you hit submit. Once you hit submit, you will receive an email asking you to follow a link to view available times. If you do not schedule your day/time for elementary conferences, you will be assigned a date/time and notified of your appointment by mail.
