Pathways to Potential The Pathways to Potential Program (formerly known as the Family Resource Center) is part of the Oakridge Community School Wellness Network. Download a comprehensive brochure here. Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Success Coaches are placed in Oakridge Middle School right next to the Oakridge Teen Health Center. These caring individuals serve all students and families regardless of whether they receive financial assistance or other casework services from the department. The Pathways to Potential office helps families with concerns related to health, safety, self-sufficiency, education, and student attendance rates.
