The Oakridge Teen Health Center is focusing on children and adolescents and continually assessing the needs of the community regarding increasing access to those outside of these age ranges. The Oakridge Teen Health Center is part of the Oakridge Community School Wellness Network.

Who We Serve
- Open to students ages 10-21 during the school day
- Before & after school, students ages 5 to 21 can access the Teen Health Center
- We are currently only able to provide in-person well visits – if you’re feeling ill, please call us to schedule a televisit

The Oakridge Teen Health Center providing primary medical services, behavioral health counseling, and dental health services.
The Teen Health Center will not ” take over care ” routinely provided by your student’s Primary Care Physician unless the parent consents to the Teen Health Center being their child’s “medical home”.
The Oakridge Teen Health Center can give immunizations. Parent must submit a separate signed consent form for this service.
The Oakridge Teen Health Center is happy to be your dental home. We are providing mobile preventative services at the elementary schools. If your child needs treatment you can go to your own dental provider. If your child doesn’t have a dentist, we will be happy to become your child’s dental home.
