Clubs & Organizations

OMS students have the opportunity to take part in several clubs and organizations.

Student Council

OMS Student Council Advisor
Mr. Wislocki
bwislocki@oakridgeschools.org

Our Student Council allows students an opportunity to serve in leadership roles. Student Council members are selected through an application process and serve Oakridge Middle School and our community. Student Council teaches students leadership through philanthropy projects. They sponsor dances, a canned-goods drive, Holiday Helpers, spirit week, and participate in school improvement activities to enhance the school for students.

Yearbook

OMS Yearbook Advisor
Mrs. Dutton
mdutton@oakridgeschools.org

The Oakridge Middle School Yearbook offers students an opportunity to take part in creating a significant piece of their own history. Students and staff take pictures of all the events that happen at Oakridge Middle School throughout the year. OMS appreciates all of the hard work taken on by our staff and students who continue to create memorable yearbooks each year.

Students are welcome to submit photos to be considered for the yearbook to our OMS Yearbook Advisor.

Esports

OMS Esports Coach
Mr. Lowry

tlowry@oakridgeschools.org

Oakridge Middle School provides students with the opportunity to participate in Esports with the Coach's approval.  Students must be 13 years old and follow the criteria outlined in the OHS Athletic Handbook. Middle school titles vary from season to season, but include Rocket League, Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart, and Chess.
