The Golden Eagles are hosting their annual Thanksgiving dinner and are expecting approximately 200 attendees.  They will using the Kitchen Sunday 11/10 at 3pm to begin prep work.  The event will be held in the cafeteria from 6-8 pm on Monday but they will need access to the facility for set  up at 3pm and should be finished by 9pm.   Smith - Please check cafeteria floors, garbage, and restrooms before and after the event.  They would like the "island" moved out of the way and the podium in its place just north of the kitchen exit double doors.  They have requested IT be present to set up the projector and supply audio and a microphone.  The south doors will be open from 5pm - 8pm for guests arrival.

Dom Taylor is hosting the track banquet in the HS cafeteria.  Smith please check floors, garbage, and bathrooms before and after the event.

JV and Varsity Football holding their awards banquet in the cafeteria.  They are expecting approximately 100 attendees.  Smith: They are requesting the podium with microphone in the southeast corner of the cafeteria.   Please check the floors, bathrooms, and garbage before and after the event.

NHS is hosting a blood drive and expecting approx. 75 attendees.  Smith please have the tarps taped down to the aux gym floor.  They are requesting two long tables, a rack of gym chairs, and several garbage cans in the aux  gym.
