Sarah Eldred (788-7360) is hosting the annual band holiday concert.  Request gym entrance doors open at 11:00 am.   Smith please make sure bathrooms are cleaned and stocked before the event.  They will need the bleachers in the gym pulled down and the large tarps (located in closet in the girls locker room) on the gym floor.  Please set up all the "athletic chairs" on the tarp lined up in front of the bleachers.  Band students will be arriving about 11 am and will be using the band, choir, and room 138.  Please make sure those rooms are unlocked.  After the concert, families are invited to the cafeteria for a small reception.  Please check cafeteria floors and garbage before and after the event.  Thank you!

David Abdelkader (788-7359) is hosting the annual Choir Holiday Concert.  He is expecting approximately 400 attendees.   Smith please clean and stock middle school restrooms and check auditorium floors before and after the event. The choir will need handheld mics.  They will be setting up their own risers and hook up their own group choir mics.
