The Oakridge Maintenance and Grounds Department consists of skilled professionals dedicated to providing quality learning environments for kids and staff, as well as to enhance and preserve the physical buildings and grounds.

Smith Maintenance Company

Oakridge contracts with Smith Maintenance Company to provide janitorial and light maintenance services.  

Since 1997, Smith Maintenance Company (SMC) has successfully provided custodial, traffic controls, window cleaning, sanitizing, floor care, power washing, and general maintenance services. Their goal is to provide “The Best Quality Services” to their clients.
