Oakridge Public Schools offers a healthy breakfast and lunch every school day to all students.

Our Food Services Department is managed by Chartwells. They help the district adhere to Food and Nutrition Guidelines from the USDA and make it easier than ever for students to make healthy food and beverage choices at school.

The Meal Magic Family Portal is where parents can manage their child's meals, access menus, and complete the Household Information Report.

Household Information Report

Oakridge offers universal FREE breakfast and lunch to every student K-12 in the district! This saves parents over $700 annually per child!

In order to continue this great program for ALL students, parents must simply complete the Household Information Report each school year.  Help us, help you!

Due to our universal FREE breakfast/lunch program, parents no longer have to complete this application.  But, PLEASE continue to complete the Household Information Report in Meal Magic above so we can maintain the universal free meal program.

Breakfast – $3.00 daily, $15.00 weekly, Lunch – $5.00 daily, $25.00 weekly

Milk Only – All Buildings

$0.50 daily, $2.50 weekly

Nutrition Guidelines

Chartwells’ dedication to earth and community friendly practices is displayed by serving hormone-free milk, poultry products without the routine use of antibiotics, sustainable seafood, cage-free shell eggs, and locally grown produce.

  • Provide more deeply colored, nutrient dense, and fiber-rich fruits and vegetables, such as sweet potatoes, spinach, peaches, broccoli, and beans.

  • Provide more whole grain foods, such as brown rice and whole wheat.
  • Encourage lean proteins including vegetarian and plant-based.
  • Reduce unhealthy fats, sodium, and sugar
